Professional Background – Hayden has finished his enlistment with the United States Air Force. In this four-year period Hayden was very successful and I am very proud of his accomplishments. His rank with the USAF was Staff Sergeant Select. Hayden achieved this rank
within three years and six months of service. He achieved the rank of Senior Airman six months before he was eligible to earn the Staff Sergeant Select title. This process is labeled “Below the Zone” and is only awarded to Airmen with outstanding records and to those who have reached all goals in education put in front of them. His last work title in the Air Force was Logistics Management Supervisor. He was deployed to Afghanistan to help assist the
drawdown of American troops for nine months. While in Afghanistan Hayden was awarded three combat
service medals and an Army Medal of Achievement from a One-star Army General. Hayden was also
awarded “Airman of the Year” on his base in Tacoma, WA. Lastly, he was selected for a logistics
competition that took place in Hawaii. His team took first place out of ten hand selected teams
nationwide. Hayden has taken multiple classes of education throughout his career. I can say he is excited to come and join me to build a family business together.
